With over 15 years of industry experience, John has cultivated a strong foundation in electrical design across a variety of sectors, including residential, commercial, industrial, aged care, education, hospitality, and infrastructure. He has developed expertise in aligning projects with regulatory authorities, local standards, and client requirements, positioning him as an efficient and proficient electrical engineer.

Throughout his career, John has held roles such as team leader and design manager, allowing him to gain a comprehensive understanding of building services across the core engineering disciplines of Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Fire and their intricate synergies that are required to deliver successful projects.

Since 2013 John has been the Director of Aadler, a specialised engineering consultancy within the construction industry and has delivered a vast portfolio of work including some key projects such as:

• Wesley Mission – Social housing in the CBD
• St George Private Hospital
